Vidiot 0.3.38

Vidiot is a free and open source non-linear video editor optimized for home video editing. It supports operations like compositing, scaling/rotating, adding transitions and titles, and trimming. This application has an interface similar to other video editing programs, with a timeline, video library/browser, video editor, etc. The single-window interface allows you to manage the contents of your project, adjust the video opacity, scaling, alignment and position, all while previewing the output. Vidiot can make YouTube movies, edit videos and add effects to videos.

Fixed #378: Timescale not updated when scrolling horizontally via the scrollbar.
Fixed crash when dropping files into the main window when the 'new project wizard' is open.
Fixed: Last frames of video decoded incorrectly (black).
Fixed: Video crossfade at end of (h.264) video file shows black input video.
Updated ffmpeg libraries to version 5.1.2.
Fixed crash on single frame videos.
