Portable Shotcut 24.08

Shotcut is a free and open source portable video editor with 4K UHD support. Shotcut has all the functions you need to edit your video files in the most understandable way. It is optimized for working with the majority of popular media formats such as AVI, MP4, MKV, FLV, VOB and more.

The most recent builds of Shotcut are shipping with blur, color grading, crop, glow, mirror, saturation and sharpen filters. Shotcut features include network stream playback (HTTP, HLS, RTMP, RTSP, MMS, UDP), JACK transport sync, deinterlacing, detailed media properties panel, drag-n-drop files from file manager, audio signal level meter, volume control, capture or stream, batch encoding with job control, unlimited undo and more.
