Video Frame Rate Converter

Video Frame Rate Converter also known as Free Video FPS Converter, as its name suggests, is a 60fps video converter which allows you to easily convert (upscale) videos of any framerate to higher framerates; 24/30fps becomes 60fps by default, and you can also specify whichever framerate you want. The 60fps encoded file is ready to be played by any media player. Video Frame Rate Converter supports adjusting frame rate for nearly all the popular video file formats including AVI, WMV, MKV, FLV, MP4, WebM, 3GP and so on.

The software is easy to use, once you have selected the movie to convert and the location on your HDD for the output video file, simply press the "Convert" button to start encoding video; however it is very important to remember that in order to successfully convert your 24fps videos to 60fps, you have to manually add the file extension yourself (mkv, avi, flv, wmv, mp4 and others). Just choose the folder the converted file will be saved to, enter a name for it with the the desired output file extension, like this: filename.avi or filename.mkv.

Overall, Video Frame Rate Converter is a reliable frame interpolation converter suitable to all user types, which can successfully assist you in encoding 24fps to 60fps, while using a reasonable amount of system resources.
