VidCutter 6.0.5.1

Free, open source tool designed for easy trimming/splitting and merging/joining your videos with NO RE-ENCODING. With VidCutter, you can easily do most common video editing like trim, split, and join videos. The program supports AVI (used by some cameras), MPEG 1/2, WMV, MP4 (smartphones default video format), MOV, 3GP, FLV, etc. The built-in player lets you preview the clipped video in real-time and move the marker one frame at a time to ensure the clip is trimmed as accurately as possible. Keyboard shortcuts for quicker operation are also available. Direct-stream cutting and joining is performed with the help of the FFmpeg library. No re-encoding ever, even blu-ray sized files cut into scenes, rearranged in the index and joined together in under 10 seconds in most cases. The software can also save the clip list to EDL file or to import an existing EDL file. An EDL (edit decision list) file is used in the post-production process of film editing and video editing created by programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and Final Cut Pro.
