SensArea 1.12.1

SensArea is a capable, free video editing program which allows you to select, track and modify objects from your video footage. The program comes with a host of effects, for instance. You can Hide, Blur faces or objects in videos, Pixelize, Zoom, Negative, and more. You're also able to draw a rectangle or an ellipse, use a magic wand-like colour selection, maybe paint an area, then dilate, erode, move or rotate the mask to produce the results you need. And there are options to apply sepia filters, cartoonize video (apply cartoon effects), colorize, add text, video logo and others. The software can import a variety of video formats including flv, avi, mp4, mov and mpg. And when you're done, SensArea can export your finished film as an AVI video, a sequence of images or an SWF. SensArea isn't the most straightforward to use, but there are tutorials around which will show you the basics (see this guide of how to achieve "Blurred faces in video").
