QGifer 0.2.1 Beta

QGifer is a open-source application that lets you create animated GIF images from videos quickly and easily. The program includes several features to customize the resulting animated GIF such as: editing the colors, filtering, dithering, graphics insertion, etc... You're also able to add a text or image watermark and optionally apply several basic color filters. Furthermore, the application comes with a GIF optimizer (requires ImageMagick) which you can use to reduce the file size of any GIF, not just those created using QGifer. Supports several video file formats such as AVI, MP4, MPG, WMV, OGV and features a multilingual interface.
