MPUI-HCB is an easy-to-use Windows frontend for MPlayer based on the the original MPUI, a media player which can play all the popular audio/video formats, including MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264, DivX, MPEG-1, ASF, WMV, OGG, MKV, DTS without the need of different codecs - and it´s absolutely free. The program consumes less system resources compared to other players. MPUI-HCB has a very simple graphical user interface (GUI) which makes it easier to work with. Other features include support for multiple audio and subtitle tracks on DVDs, Srt, ass, ssa, MKV embedded subtitles in almost all languages, lyrics inside rar, 7z, dubtitle font, font size and font color customization, quick forward and backward controls, full DVD menu support, multi-audio tracks video that let you choose any language in the video file, Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital Plus (Enhanced AC-3) with support for multi-channel audio, subtitle language encoding, GPU accelerated video rendering, quick forward and backward controls, and much more. With a featherweight memory footprint and extremely small size, MPUI-HCB manages to deliver what most players can not.
