WestByte Software develops two versions of their Internet Download management software. While IDA (Internet Download Accelerator) is built for the English market and is a Shareware program (try-before-you-buy, paid software) they also develop Download Master, which is a totally free version of Internet Download Accelerator specifically built for the Russian market. Whilst the Download Master installer for Windows is in Russian, the portable version which is also completely freeware it is provided in both English and Russian.
